Gbolahan OLOJEDE, BSc, MBA, ACA

Gbolahan is a resourceful corporate executive with work experience spanning over 30 years, 18 of which were spent at C-level and executive leadership roles. He is a consummate Finance and Accounts professional with extensive exposure to other functional areas including Marketing, Operations and Management at various levels. His industry exposure cuts across Professional Services, Investment & Corporate Banking, Print Media, Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Telecoms

He is a 1991 graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1997), and an alumnus of Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas where he graduated top of his MBA class in 2004.

Opeyemi Ayoola became the Head of Stockbroking Operations in Capital Bancorp Plc since 2008 till date. Opeyemi Ayoola has over Eleven years work experience in the Financial Services Industry. She has had diverse experience in the industry since she joined the Stockbroking Department of Capital Bancorp Plc. in September 2008. Opeyemi has brought so many innovations to the Operations of Stockbroking since she joined the Company. Opeyemi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and she is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

She started her career in 2002 by working as Head of Accounts & Admin at Silver Financial Services Limited. In 2004, she moved to Victory International Church, Ibadan, where she worked as an Accountant till 2006. Further into her career, Opeyemi worked as a Cost & Payroll Accountant at Niger Dock Nigeria Plc from 2006 to 2008. Since she joined Capital Bancorp, she has proven to be exceptional with her duties. She is a graduate of Caleb University where she was awarded her BSc. Accounting in 2017. She also attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan where she got her HND Accounting in year 2000.

Olapo Oladeji is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Institute of Taxation.

He holds both the Bachelor Degree in Accounting as well as Master Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife Osun State.

He has over a decade of working experience that cut across Finance, Internal control, Tax, Treasury Management, Business Advisory and Securities Dealing.

Prior to joining Capital Bancorp Group Plc, Oladeji worked in Elixir Investment Partners Limited as a Financial Reporting and Taxation Accountant.

He is an Authorised dealing clerk of both the Nigerian Exchange Limited and NASD, he is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

He is the Chief Finance Officer of Capital Bancorp Plc.

Izuchukwu Nwaeze is a SEC sponsored Compliance expert at Capital Bancorp Plc.
He obtained B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Public Administration from Lead City University in 2014 and later, obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from the same University.
He is an alumni of the Nigerian law School, Abuja Campus where he obtained Barrister at law (B.L) and thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar. He is an Accredited Practitioner with Corporate Affairs Commission.
Before his appointment at Capital Bancorp Plc, he worked with Sky Capital and Financial Allied International Limited as the Chief Compliance and legal Officer. He held the same position at Mega Capital Ltd prior to his appointment with Sky Capital.
He is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Opeyemi Olayinka is a seasoned finance professional with around 7 years of experience in Finance and Enterprise Risk Management. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. Additionally, he is a Certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst accredited by the Corporate Finance Institute. His expertise spans internal audit and control, financial analysis, and financial reporting, with a passion for improving corporate financial strategies and operational processes.

Before joining Capital Bancorp Group Plc, Opeyemi worked as an Internal Auditor at Crusader Sterling Pensions Ltd. Earlier in his career, he served as an Accounting and Control Officer at Nahman Construction Ltd, where he played a key role in project cost control and financial reporting. These roles have equipped him with a deep understanding of financial management and internal controls, allowing him to contribute meaningfully to business growth and efficiency.

Olasode has over 10 years’ experience in Hardware & Software Installation and Management, Networking, Data Centre Maintenance, Network security, Project Management and deployment of IT Applications.

He is a graduate of Computer Engineering with an analytic perspective and competence to deliver every set business objective.

As a certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Data Protection Officer (NDPR/GDPR Compliance) and Cybersecurity expert, Olasode’s career has spanned across various industries as Acting Head of Information Technology at Insourcing Limited, Information Resource Generalist at Whyte Cleon Limited and IT Manager at DLM Capital Group.

Currently, as a Head of Information Technology at Capital Bancorp Plc, he is responsible for handling all areas of IT management for the group and its subsidiaries.

Momah Obianuju holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lead City University Ibadan and an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School. She is a Certified Banker with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified a Licenced Human Resources Professional by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

With over 10 years experience in Sectors namely Banking, Oil & Gas, Entertainment & Hospitality and Financial Services; her core competencies include but are not limited to policy review and implementation, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Leadership and Change Management.

She is currently the Head, HR & Admin. And oversees all HR & Admin. Related activities for the group and her subsidiaries
