Olapo Oladeji Kolawole is the Chief Financial Officer of Capital Bancorp Plc, where he oversees the Finance and Treasury functions of the Group. He is responsible for financial reporting, treasury management, tax management, regulatory compliance, and financial strategy execution across the organisation.

He is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience spanning finance, internal control, taxation, treasury management, and business advisory services.

Prior to joining Capital Bancorp Plc, he worked with Elixir Investment Partners Limited as Financial Reporting and Taxation Accountant, where he was involved in financial reporting, tax administration, and finance operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). He is also an Authorised Dealing Clerk of both the Nigerian Exchange Limited and NASD, and is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
