He has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of over 150 clients, including Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and financial institutions, providing strategic financial and investment advisory services to portfolios valued at over ₦20 billion.

He previously served as Head of Institutional Sales at CardinalStone Partners, where he managed key institutional relationships and business development initiatives. He was also the pioneer Head of the International Clients Desk at Meristem Securities Limited, leading market penetration strategies that strengthened the firm’s international presence and foreign investor engagement.

Dolapo has held several executive leadership positions, including Managing Director/CEO of Lead Securities & Investments Limited, Mega Capital Financial Services Limited, and Interstate Securities Limited, where he drove business growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Bancorp Securities Limited, providing strategic direction for the firm’s operations and growth initiatives.
